A: Well.... PayPal is the web's most well known and secure order placement company.  By using PayPal, we are able to offer you a seamless and integrated ordering process which is not only secure but also insured! That's right, insured. What this means is that you, as the purchaser can order from TTL Distributors knowing that your order is protected by PayPal.

"PayPal" is a way to make secure on-line credit card and debit card purchases. PayPal allows anyone with a major credit card -- Visa or MasterCard -- or a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo to purchase on-line, securely and safely. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe (ever wonder what that little lock meant at the bottom of your browser?) In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, TTL Distributors doesn't have anything to do with receiving sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about giving your information to people you don't know.

We do not store any customer credit card billing information anywhere. Customers' data never touches the server's drives. Thus, if hackers were to somehow break into our servers there would be no exploitable credit card data for them to steal.

Q: I am still not comfortable with giving out my credit card information, can I order items by mail?

A: We completely understand. That is one of the reasons we use Paypal. We want you to know where your information is going.. And we don't want it. We just want to send products to make you happy. But if you do choose not to use our online method of payment, we also accept traditional mail orders. Orders may be prepaid by check or money order. Money orders will process faster, since we must wait for checks to clear the bank. Shop as usual, adding items to a shopping cart will make it easy to remember.
When you are finished, copy, or print the list of items you want and send us an email with the products you want and the total amount you are sending.

Q: How safe is submitting my personal and credit card information online at TTL Distributors?

A: Extremely safe. We do not have access to your credit card information. and we only use your name and address for shipping. Your credit card information goes to PayPal... and eBay bought PayPal for $1.5 billion so you know that they are legit.

Q: Do you sell your mailing lists??

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Not long at all!  Orders will be processed the following business day (Weekdays). TTL Distributors uses UPS as our primary shipping carrier. UPS does not deliver to PO, APO, FPO boxes.

Q: What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

A: Due to the nature of our products, returns are ONLY ACCEPTED ON NON-OPENED PRODUCTS. Products must be returned within ten days of receipt. We reserve the right to determine if any return meets our standards for returns.

Q: How to do I return or exchange a product?

A: If you would like to return an unopened product, you must first request a Return Authorization Number. Please email us with your Name, Date of Purchase, Product Name and reason for return.  We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how and where to ship the merchandise back.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?

A: TTL Distributors is obligated to charge a 7% Iowa sales tax on all items that are delivered to an Iowa mailing address.
